What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number and message.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange orders and deliveries, and provide the service you’ve asked for. We do not add you to marketing lists without your clear permission and we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We normally keep information submitted through website enquiries for up to 12 months after your enquiry has been dealt with, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it for longer.
If your information forms part of an order, transaction, invoice or other financial record, we may retain the relevant information for up to six years in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email orders@dwjarvis.co.uk and we’ll help. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
